Hi,
Anyone did verification of the project from the lawyer. Marketing team is claiming that they have approval upto 7th floor. I am curious why they did not get approval for all floors. There are some empty space in the front. Are they planning to come up with any commercial complex there?

Hi Arindam.. i had been to company to conform about approvals. they said initially they got approval for only 7 floors. latter they took approval till 11th floor . i saw the documents.

Hi Akshata, Ravi and Arindam. You can go to the listing of Gopalan Atlantis in CommonFloor and then click on Join Owner's Group and send a request to the admin. If you are the apartment owner or a resident of the apartment the admin will verify and accept your request, otherwise not.
