Construction in Upkar Spring Fields

I purchased this site in Upkar Spring Fields way back in 2006,and year on year,I have been tracking the progress in the Layout. I have always been disappointed as the promised Tar roads had never taken shape,but until now.
When I got my site registered in 2006,the sales agent had told me that in the next 6 months,the Tar roads would come up and the rates would subsequently double,which was very logical and hence in urgency,got it registered before the rates could go up. However,even today(5yrs later) the rates have only appreciated by only 30-40% and that too if you find a buyer.
As a routine,I made a field visit last week while I was on my way back home from Chennai,and was really surprised to see Tar roads in "almost" all roads within the layout. However,the roads have not yet been laid on my road(where my site is). Nevertheless,the Layout now looks really cool,and is not like the arid view it had until a year back.
