Price of Sri Chakra Town Increasing

Q: Brokers are asking for the price of Rs130-170 per square feet when some owners have sold for Rs350/- per square feet. There is a lobyy of brokers who take your registered paper Xerox papers and then collect advance [Rs5000-]from many customers.Be careful.LOt of Cheating going on. Most of the people are not from Chennai/locals.Investors from Mumbai etc is making about 80%.The current running rate is Rs435/- and registration at sub registrars office is Rs130- Pleease check up again
