Hi..Does this project comes under this area..?? If yes then ask your builder..he may be knowing this.

Sriperumbudur in West Chennai and currently land prices is in between 6 lac to 24 lac and in long run this area get max appreciation and location is coming up with lot of commercial space including residential market.
