Is this a fraudulent company?

Q: I have paid nearly Rs. 25 lakhs to the Surya shine builders and developers. there has been no progress at all regarding the project. They have closed their office and absconding and avoid all attempts to contact them. I have filed COMPLAINT at Mico layout police station. I learn that the directors have beeb arrested and released on bail. a case is going on in the court at Nrupatunga Road next to IGP office, Bangalore.Dr.Sadasivan 25281977 8095197487
