Cost and delay in project

Q: In Bhopal Mela the price is Rs. 351/- per sq feet, while we have booked earlier at Rs. 375/-. Is it true?

Cost may vary from plot to plot in depending upon the size of the plot and when booking is done.

It is going to be one of the biggest township of Bhouri and as per the builder it is going to be approved within a week. As per my opinion development would be done within a year but as per Builder's saying, he will deliver it within six months.
