Bhopal property with back garden
Q: Hello.
I was doing research because I would like to buy a property (house) with back garden. I live in Europe and villas with own garden are a normal thing. Unfortunately I cannot find even one house with back garden in Bhopal. Why they dont build that kind of properties? I dont understand, it is warm there and not having a garden is just ridicolous for me. I could put a slide for my kids, inflatable pool, bbq etc.
I would really appreciate if someone can show me that there are actually villas with back gardens, because maybe i just cant find it.
I am looking for 4 bed house so I would have 3 beds and 4th as a walk in warderobe or gym.

Latest Answer: Hi Dr. Maxwell, Most banks have a lock-in period of 6 months to a year. Some of them allow you to pre-close even after the 1st EMI have been debited from your bank. Sometimes some of the banks tend to allow pre-closure at no cost or charge a pre closure fee. You need to clear all these doubts with the bank's’ loan adviser before signing the loan document.

WILL THIS PROJECT EVER PICK UP???
Q: I am awaiting for a single response from the builder Ms Manwani and family since 2012.
Bharat s/o Manwani does not pickup the phone calls. Mr Jaiswal from whom we purchased the deal in 2012, doesnt stays in India. HIGHLY UNPROFFESSIONAL. Will write more if reqd. Awaiting call back.

I think you should once visit the developer's office and ask for the necessary information about the project. If you still didn't get any positive response from them, involve a lawyer and file a consumer case.

Q: Heard company employees are rude. and Contractors and masonries are not that skillful. Building Contracts given to employees relatives who doesnt know ABCD of construction & They Cant erect a single straight wall and doing construction of multiple bunglows in project? if all this true then i can understand the quality of work.

Latest Answer: I do not think there is any increase in stamp duty and registration charges on property purchase in Bhopal. Stamp duty is 8% and registration charges is 1% in Madhya Pradesh.

Latest Answer: Hi Vikas, Normally stamp duty on Gift Deed is 2% but in some states it is waived off in case it is executed within family. The rules vary from state to state therefore you may check with local sub registrar office.
