Hi.. I am also intrested in buying Flat in Kalpataru Towers, Kandivali (E) but not sure whether is there any controversy with the defence on this property and would like to get further details. Kindly reply..

Nothing, the building does not stand on controversial land. With this controversy, building is more famous now and the property will fetch more money- Jacob, Go ahead without fear.
