Well here is what happened to day. After all the struggle for more than 2.5 years blocking 345000/- fed up with followup for refund, Kesava the owner said (on email as well) 57,000/- as part payment will be paid today. , originally to be paid on 16th July as per his previous commitment. I landed up at theri office and again the delaying tactics started. When I sat there and refused to leave till the payment is done, kesava threatened me with life and other consequences and also used abusive language. The whole conversation is recorded and available to anyone interested. Any body dealing with or wanting to deal with them -- You decide what you want to do.....
