Payment of deposit money and other charges

Q: SJR had raised a demand note for payment of Rs 4.17 lacs towards deposits and expenses. Need to verify the basis. Also timely possession is a concern.

Hi Mukund,

I visited SJR and considering it but would like to understand couple of things if you can help me...
1) JP nagar entry is blocked by local ppl... not sure if another entry provided by builder is part of UDL and part of approved BDA plan

2) Project seems to be over delayed... any specific reason? Are all legal clean?

Please let me know if I may give you call...
