A-905 Booked with Ittina Properties

Q: Hi,
I have booked flat A-905 in Ittina Akkala with Ittina Properties in October 2010. I learned that they have started looking for other buyers for the same while they have neither provided necessary papers my lawyer is seeking, nor returning my booking amount. I'm seeking legal help to dispute the sale of this apartment.
Till then request/advise the readers of this post not to get into any agreement with Ittina Properties for this flat.
