Quality of Construction & Response of Janapriya Engineering Syndicate

Q: Can any one reveal on the quality of construction and response by the buidler overall. I heard high electricity bils, crack formation in the initial period, only 1 pipeline for the entire apartment water supply, no dish tv operators entertained etc...

How do you find living in Janapriya Greenwoods? Will it be worth investing for self living into it? Please share you experience will help me in taking decision and paying life long hard earned money for purchasing a Flat.

I am the owner of A4-429. There are cracks that appear in the buildings from time to time, the builder does not seem to be eager to fix them. They do not deliver what they promise until your literally bully them into doing so. On the other hand they do what you ask if you persist (really really hard, contact me for hearing about this). They are no saints among builders, anywhere esp. in India, they are all out to make a quick buck.

How was your experience since then? I mean If were to buy an apartment now in Greenwood have things changed for better since you bought.. I just checked the property this Sunday and I could see the patch work near plumbing area on all the blocks. I also read somwhere in this forum that the site is under litigation. Appreciate your inputs.

Yes I also do agree with this statement. I went for lookout of the apartment and was raising most of these queries to their representative who has taken the same not in good spirits at all. The behaviour got changed and his response was like a goonda responding to a common man. The model falt itself if you see there were lot of cracks which also is visible and but they tried their best to hide it.
