All builders in India are the same. They will try to et your money in advance and promise a lot but never delivers. With GR SUN villas the mater is same but at least the MD Mr Raghu will answer your calls.

I have finished the construction and registered a villa. Although I was planning to stay there I am now deciding to go back overseas as I am an NRI. if any one wants to buy a ready made villa completed contact me at + 91 9611781177 (mobile)

price is Rs. 3000/ sq. ft. ( looks high). plot size varies from 2000 to 4000 sq. ft. villas are big.
