Resale flat in Gaur Grandeur

Q: I am planning to purchase a flat in Gaur Grandeur Sec-119 Noida. What would you suggest in terms of Quality of construction, timeliy delivery and overall experience with builder. I have lately heard that that Noida authority has planned a Graveyard just behind Sec-119 in Noida. How far is that from Gaur Grandeur.

Yes everything except IFMS. but this rate is on Down payment. They are not selling anything on DP plan but u have to press hard to get DP plan. U will get around 6% on DP (very low as compared to other builder in 119-120) and around 2% from the broker.
