Q: This is Sudheendra and have been tracking Vaishnavi's Nakshatra project for a while now.... interested in a 2 bed apartment....

Hi Sudheedra !! The project is expected to be completed in second half of 2012. As of now the price is 3630 / sqft

Good to hear from you. Could you please let me know if you have a timeline by when you plan to sell this 2 bhk and upgrade to a 3bhk.

If it is somewhere towards the completion time of this proj, mid 2012, works great for me. Also what would be the per sq foot cost of this unit.

Hi Sudheendra !! I have booked a 2 bhk at Nakshtra.
I am planning to upgrade to 3 bhk once the construction is complete, as the builder has clause for selling before getting NOC. So, I am looking out for potential buyers for my 2 BHK.
Its in Block A, 402
