Maithri Shilpitha Splendor

Q: Hi All,
I am Prashant and planning to book a apartment in Shilpitha Splendor.
But, After reading all these reviews m bit worried.

Is Maithri not a good developer. I will also visit other projects of Maithri and get some feedback from them.

I have taken 2 homes from Maithri and am living in one currently. The second home was for investment purpose and I had to look no further than Maithri for this. Maithri has been constantly evolving but their core principles remain the same; to deliver value and keep the customer happy. I have referred many friends to Maithri and they are all happy with the Maithri experience.

Hi Pradeep, I am also looking for Shilpitha Splendour. I am not able to get any feedback on this builder and apt. Request you to share your experience with this proj and the builder. Also it would be greatful if you can share the per sft cost also
