I am not sure. How can some say it is good builder. I was not convince the explanation which they have at the time of submitting the application form. But they are not refunding the money.Helplessly I files the case against this builder.
Please beware this builder. Our money is important to us. I will builder is no the appropriate word to use them.
If you do not believe just call their customer care saying you booked the flat and give some dummy details and request to process of refund. They you will shocked after listen their answer. If we are bokking the flat. Then I would say this is not investment of money. But trapping the moeny. Which you can only get through consumer court.
