Status of Amenities in Panchavati Township as on 30th DEC-2014

Garden------- OK
Swimming Pool----- NOT there since its handing over of the township.
Play Area------- a small sea saw and swinging is there for kids. nothing for toddlers

24Hr Backup---- since 2011 a generator to give a single light and fan, NOT at par standards of gated community.
Maintenance Staff----- non qualified staff. they don't know maintenance only replacement.
Security---- sub standard staff because the great tout * his palls dont want,all previous committes are responcible for this.
Intercom----- Rotten was not functioning since commissioning . NOw the present committe has gome for BSNL WIFI
Club House- not at there
Rain Water Harvesting---- not that but treated sewage w
Badminton Court
Gymnasium-sick
Indoor Games;-carom board, Rotten table tennis
Sick S.T.P is there
