May I know if Ground plus 3 floors can be planned in 30ftx45ft area with 75% of Ground floor for commercial and 25% for parking. 2BHK on the first floor for rental. Duplex on 2nd and 3rd floors by using only 25% of the 3rd floor space for constructing rooms and to leave 75% of the space open. Abutting road width to my plot is 40feet.
