Hi,

I have also booked a flat in Nov 2009 and I am chasing them since this January. The construction has not started and they have started giving refunds. I am facing lot of trouble in getting the refund from them. On asking them repeatedly they said that it will start in next two months after Omaxe Grand Woods possession which is pending since July 2009. In the past they have promised multiple times. Please feel free to contact me.
