I am facing same problem. I have finished my interiors as well like kitchen,bedroom etc. I have paid full amount. I was asking for last 1 year to handover the key no response . In fact I have already told them that I will go legally. Atleast 10-15 customer must be there to move legally. Now it is right time because Apple case is existing.

What you said is absolutly right. living with kids in the current situation is very difficult. One family is living in with their 9 months old kid in my floor. My kids are 5 yr. and 1.5 yr. I am moving in on 20th of this month. Pls call Builders office and enquire abt the priority thing. also login to this forum so that you can read all the posts.

I had bought an apt in 4th tower. It is not yet completed. Don't know on what basis Binu Scaria has written that they are finishing according to priority. Will somebody shift to an apartment where the construction of other apts are still going on? Will somebody think of living in all this dust and cement with their kids? They are irresponsible guys. I used to check the status for the past 18 months and they had been telling that it will be ready in the next 3 months. I have decided to move legally. If you are also interested, please let me know.
