Facilities at Amethyst

Q: Hello,
Am an interested buyer of a flat in Amethyst. Would like to know if there are any issues currently being faced. Any issues around availability of water, quality of water etc..? How are the overall facilities ? Do not see any shops nearby other than the Safal Market.

I heard the following w.r.t to Amythis, could any one confirm the same..

Water is Scarcity exists
Bankers are currently valuating the property at < 58 laks only.
