Q: I visited the olive county site yday and I feel nothing less than a year though management says Aug 11 and dealer by Dec 11. Should I still put my money at stake and go ahead as even orange county was a delayed project but as on date it is one of the best ones in Indrapuram.

YES YOU CAN BUY,but basic rate should be 2700 per sq ft for that loation in vasundhara as i think many builders are asking for less than 2500 persqft raTE IN EVEN NOIDA .
