Q: The terrace is leaking ... the water proofing is bad ... the structure itself has problem ... very bad workmanship ... loose tiles .. cracks inside apartment ... drainage pipe is not proper ... the list of problems endless ...contacted a number of hapless owners from this builder... REFRAIN FROM THIS USELESS BUILDER
