Original Land Documents are with Builder ?

Q: I had booked the Flat with KG Builders - Signature City Project. The UDS Registration Completed. Now, they HOLD the Original Document and only copy given to us. Is this correct..?

Hey the original documents should not be with builder.. should be with bank..if you are buying through emi.

How about KG builder & their credibility? those who dealt with them can share their experience

Dear Javith,

Yes, you can book., but ask KG Builders, that THEY SHOULD NOT HOLD THE ORIGINAL REGISTERED DOCUMENT for UDS., which they are presently practicing, that is ILLEGAL & NOT FAIR.
