Require Feedback about K. Raheja Vivarea, Bangalore

Q: I am considering purchasing a 3 or 3.5 BHK apartment (2285 and 2750 sft respectively) in K. Raheja Vivarea project in Bangalore. The project is in a decent location in Koramangala. But the price is definitely on the higher side starting 7750 per sft.

I am looking for reviews and feedback about other K. Raheja properties, their after sales service and if this is a really good buy. I am looking for all the help possible to make a wise choice. So please help with review of K. Raheja properties you have bought, your experience with buying Vivarea etc.

I do not know of any other good apartment building coming up in and around the central part of Bangalore. So if any one know any others, please let me know. Thank you.
