Q: Hey.. never know But real estate investment never go wrong. Regarding Prasanthi North park you can see some educational institutes nearby and lots of development in future. We should not regret in future for not buying the property now

Quoted 640/sft 6months back. Not sure the current prices. I blocked that price paying little advance.

I did saw the site when I was in India. It is in initial stage. I felt it is good for long term investment. Definetely it is very too far from city but every one there there own view and plan. I consider that place because it is growing community with lot of educational institutions and Want to build my Home for my retirement. By then I am sure that will be hot property.
