Please avoid any VGN project. Just ask the maintenance amount firstly I bought flat recently, 2BHK. Construction quality is poor. There are so many cracks that needed plastering. They use their own paint, yes they source it from cheap vendors. Bathroom fitting are of low quality and they rust. Only the toilets commode, closet, seat are Hindware. They will promise to deliver in 3 months and it will take 2 3 years. Maintenance for 2 BHK is 4000 to 5000.Rs.Yes and for 3 BHK is around 6,000 Rs to 7000. They have pathetic customer service. Once you take possession they wont respond,to your calls. Atleast in Govt. office you can use RTI . Basically NO customer service. They wont pick up or answer back. You will get all sorts of commitments from everyone from VGN but nothing will be fulfilled. I am surprised to find all FIVE STARS review and rating over internet. It is all fake and its all done by VGN Staff themselves. I work for a multinational and I am an absolute owner and stating the reali

Dear Mrs.Shanthi Gopalan,
I hope we should take the possession only after completion of all amenities as assured by them at the time of booking.

I heard that some builders give temporary electricity connection & that will only be the start of all problems after they move out. What is VGN going to do about it? Shango

Dear Mr.Sunil ,
I totally agree with your opinion regarding taking the possession only after 100 % completion of all works. Moreover VGN is a reputed builder they shouldn't give the possession without completing all the facilities. If they do so it will definitely create a bad image and also against the business ethics.I do not expect so from VGN.

Hello all, i was promised a handover by end of May, but had to follow up with VGN at least a couple of times. Hearing about water and EB issues, i guess it could take another 2-3 months for a proper handover. As one of the owner pointed out, we should get all the issues sorted out before taking possession of apartment premises

Hi, I think VGN should first resolve the water and EB connection issue and then only we should get inside the project.since from the day one once we take the charge of the flat then uptil one year VGN will be there to help us and if the above mentioned issues are not resolved in 1year then it will fall on our head and will have to work to get the problem resolved and there is no committment given by the vgn management so we cannot depend on them since they are not giving any written committment for the delay and they are not promising the work will get over everything should be written and signed
