KG Centre Point is located at Poonamallee and I recently went there for a site visit. It is easily accessible. It also offers easy access to industrial areas, the IT hubs, etc. There are many premium schools, colleges, shopping and medical facilities in the area at the same time there is also lot of trees and greenery.
