Hi - Can anyone confirm if Stellar Jeevan society in Greater NOIDA west is good to buy a ready to move flat...I have gone through all the news in social media and internet about cracks, windows and doors fell off stories...does anyone know if the situation is better and it is all approved by the Greater NOIDA authority...also if a comparison is done with other societies in that area, is it good?

I have booked a flat. well, I have not faced any problem so far. Cant be sure about the future. I paid 10% and have applied for the loan. The company also handed over BBA. They have completed construction up to 4th Floor for some of the towers.

thanks. Yes you are right..Getting in touch with the company however have you booked a flat here..any problems with this project just wanted an open feedback

I think you had booked the flat in ET earlier and then got refund. Well, availability is there and project is also approved. But it will be better if you directly get in touch with the company and get necessary details on paper.
