In the latest notice, the builder has shifted the possession (bld no 342) to mid 2012.

Finally possession for four bldgs 351,350,349,348 is going to start in last week of june 2011 as they got OC.

Dear Abhimanyu, i got to know from one the MBMC officials of the townplanning dept that thr r some documents like the noc from ulc pending to be submitted by the builder to the MBMC & hence there's a delay in issuance of OC. Its not the MBMC, its the builder i.e; kalpataru who is delaying in handing over of the reqd docs to the MBMC officials.
