any problems with PRA reality

Q: Hi,
Does any one know about any delays or adverse issues relating to the project.
We were told completion by 2012 and still the works have not started at all.

The PRA East Avenue received approval from SBI and customers have received an email with the APF number.

PRA East Avenue project received NA from PMC. Registrations are started from Jun 2013.

I have visited the site yesterday, still no sign of any development, i was told that construction would start from April onwards n still there is no sign of it, dont know what to make out of it

I got a mail from sales person and launching of this project is 31st Jan 2012. Hope for the best

I had a lot of discussion on launching this project, still no clarity and everytime fasle commitment. I have been told that project will be launched in January 2nd week but I am not sure. I have booked the flat gave 15% booking amount.

That is also true that builder has started the cleaning of the land and started the work on roads and sales office

Hi Guys, I have booked flat in PRA East avenue. As per them they were supposed to lauch it in June but its Nov now and still there are no signs of launch. I heard , they are launching in Nov mid..they said they have one approval pending, may i know how much they took booking amt from you.. token amt of 1 lakh or 15% of agreement value
