Is Unnikrishna Estate Manager or Broker??

Q: I want to bring this to the notice of the folks who are currently residing and prospective residents of MAHAVEER SPRINGS APARTMENT IN JP NAGAR 5TH PHASE, BANGALORE that the Estate Manager Unnikrishna is supposedly acting outside his current capacity and is indulging as real estate broker in this apartment complex.. He is asking for month's rent(similar to broker charges if you avail real estate agent services). His only service is showing the empty flats or flats getting vacant to tenants..I know of atleast couple of cases(including mine) where is asking people to cough up some extra bucks and shamelessly gets into argument.. I'm not sure how he managed to conceal such deals from apartment residents association management for such a longtime. Are we just letting it go?
