Arcot Terrace C Block 5th floor not approved

Q: Dear all, I am interested buyer of a flat at Arcot Terrace C Block 5th floor. Own house is a dream for me, I am investing my hard earn money in to my dream house. I thought of buying a flat at Arcot Terrace C Block, but i got information that C block has got approval until 5 th floor only. Is this information true? Please kindly help me
