Buying an apartment in Vadapalani/Saligramam Area

Q: Hi, I am looking to buy a new 2/3BHK apartment in Vadapalani/Saligramam area. We are considering Tivoli Gardens on Arunachalam Road, Saligramam by Krishna Constructions. I would like to have some reviews about that apartment.
