Dear Richa
When the project was launch this it was published in that the possession will be given with in 18 months. At the time of the builder buyer agreement the time was extended to to 24 months. Now it differs from individual to individual. You may find the legal date of the possession 24 months onwards from the date of agreement. As regards to the ground reality it is not going to be handed over before the end of 2012. This is a biggest cheater builder in naharpar area.
