Is Sunny fort a sound project? Are there any issues?

Q: I want to buy a flat in sunny fort, but I have heard that there are construction problems, water and electricity problems.

Completion date again shifted to Sep 2013. But practically it wont be possible before 2014 October.

Bhaskar - The project has been delayed too much.. Now the completion date is March 2013. There should be some thing going really wrong here..

i have also bought there and its problems are similar to any other sites in newtown area - i would say.
