I want to buy a flat in Sunny Fort Kolkata.
Q: I am thinking of buying an apartment in Sunny fort, New Town, Kolkata. Can anybody advise me whether I should go for it? Is there any hidden problem? What about the Power, Water supply? Whether they can hand it over by the end of 2012. What is the quality of Constuction? Please suggest.

Q: Hi,I have bought one flat in Sunny fort & the completion date as per agreement was mentioned as Sep'2010 however there is still no sign of aompletion & handover. Does anyone have any idea on the expected completion date? It is really unbearable now

Latest Answer: Hi, I have paid for a flat at Sunny Fort Newtown and was promised a handover in 2010. They have delayed it by 5 years now. Please let me know if I could pool into filing a lawsuit against them. Also accept my request on FB group. -Harprit

Is Sunny fort a sound project? Are there any issues?
Q: I want to buy a flat in sunny fort, but I have heard that there are construction problems, water and electricity problems.

Latest Answer: Completion date again shifted to Sep 2013. But practically it wont be possible before 2014 October.
