Was the project completed on time as promised?

Q: Hi All,

I am looking to buy an apartment in Anandam, a project by the same builder. Wanted to know if there was any delay in terms of handover for buyers in Sandoval. The builder is not ready to have any agreement if the project gets delayed beyond promised. Please suggest.
