Q: I see that so many are selling flats in the the gardens. will it be a wise decision from my side to buy a flat there. please reply.

i also have the same question in mind.
project is good, location seems good, amenities are excellent but still builder has unsold flats available + there are lot of resale properties.

is there anything wrong?

    can someone please paste the link for the "Garden Olympics" here? the organizers, apparently, take registrations only during office hours i.e. 9am-6pm. how can one leave his office and come to register for this? Organizers, plz change your timings to something more reasonable. cheers!
