I checked with some of the residents of their existing projects and they are saying that this builder is a cheater. The quality of construction is really very poor.

Honestly if I say about civitech as a builder, Its a great builder in my opinion as it has delieverd Elegant floors in vaishali has nice feedback from the residents of this society. I have also seen Civitech's Sampriti in sec-76, which is also a very good project having low density n all. Overall its a builder with gud repute.
