Paradise Diamond Construction pace in Lucknow Ansals Sushant Golf City-Is our money stuck in a bad c

Q: ANSAL API has launched Golf City in Lucknow with Paradise diamond and all of us who bought flats in the schme are being cheated by ansals.After paradise diamond many schemes were launched by them and they have started construction of the same much earlier,but i dont know that why they are not initiating construction of Paradise Diamond.Every time you ask their local office in Lucknow and you get a answer that in next 3 months it will start.More then one and half year is passed but still no construction has started.In contract they have mentioned that flats will be delivered in 36 months,but going by this pace i dont think that we can get the flats even in 60 months.I need a clearification from them about this pathetis status of thier flag ship launch of paradise diamond in lucknow.

DEAR FRIENDS,

It is my sincere advice to all the people who invested their hard earned money in PARADISE DIAMOND 1 or 2 that this project will NEVER start. Kindly, ask the builder to shift your money with interest to some other completed project, still waiting for construction to start is a false hope which I suppose will never be fulfilled. Pls get your money shifted to some other project.

LUCKNOW: The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has ordered Parsvnath Developers to pay a monthly penalty to buyers for delay in handing over flats in Parsvnath Planet, a residential project in the city's Gomtinagar locality.

The builder will have to pay Rs 15,000 per month to complainants who had applied for flats up to 175 sq metres, while those who went for bigger flats will get Rs 20,000 every month, the commission ruled.
The order comes just a few months after the NCDRC had asked another builder, Unitech, to pay compensation at 12% per annum for delaying delivery of apartments to buyers in one of its projects in Gurgaon. In the Parsvnath case, the NCDRC observed that according to the agreement executed in 2006, the developer was to give possession of flats to allottees within 42 months, that is, in 2009-10. However, flats have not been handed over till now.

The area is encircled by tin sheets, the excavation raft work of half of PD2 towers had begun around 18 months back, when they raised installment which was scheduled at the time of excavation. After that no..... literally no construction activity has taken place. The dispute is with adjoining Avadh Vihar Yojna over land of PD1. Nov they are trying to raise number of floors in PD2 to adjust those disputed flats.

I am also pursuing the case since last about 3 years, I had been to the project site on 25/09/14 and I found no construction activity.
In fact the land of Paradise Diamond was disputed and was sold to all of us by means of cheating and fraud. Now if we question Ansal they will happily refund us our amount as the price of these floors have soared twice.

We can address this issue JOINTLY with either Competition Commission of India or Consumer Court. I am floating a page on FACEBOOK as "Fraudulent sale of flats by Ansal API in Lucknow". Let us join hands together to expose the malafide and deceitful act by Ansals.

Sanjay, I have given number of Ansal executive whom I called to confirm about this demand note and asked for proof of construction and LDA approvals..up on that he asked to call after some time so that he confirms from department...once I called back, he told me that we have not got any approvals and there is no construction so you need not to pay any amount and demand note has gone by mistake...but let me tell you as a cheater construction company they simply send these demand notes and any deposits to their account would earn them commissions and fine tunes book balances. There is nothing left for us now but to get the things in writing in court and pay anything which is legitimate according to court's directions.

Hi All,

I spoke to Prateek from Ansal at 08052448899 today who has confirmed that they have not yet got approval for PD-1 and the notice which I have received is false and a mistake. They said they will send a letter confirming the same but let's see. But he claimed that PD-2 construction has been started which also I doubt, those who has booked in PD-2 can check & confirm. Earlier, 3 months back I had received a letter that I have a due of 2.40 L to pay which I was sure that is a false claim, luckily I asked Prateek to send me the statement of my account and he has sent it and it is mentioned there that there are no dues as of today, so that letter as I suspected earlier too was a harassment step in retaliation to my notice to them, now against them I have this proof too as this is their tactics to trouble customers.

My take on the call notice which I received yesterday. The due date is mentioned as 20th June but I do not want to pay a single penny unless they assure that they actually have got necessary approvals and actually work is undergoing.

I tried calling today at their office number in Lucknow but no one picked up. My father will be visiting site on 1st June and try to verify but if they don't provide convincing documents & proof of actual start of basement slab then I would pay all these notice amounts only through court where they are forced to show the details we would ask them to show to prove their claims in writing.

He was unable to take a peek inside the fenced off area but with his camera took some pics of what appeared to be concrete side walls of what is apparently the basement parking area. No other kind of construction was visible. On inquiry at their site office, he was told that the work was progressing and would accelerate after elections.

Also, to tell you that I stay in Bangalore but my father himself is a consumer court lawyer in Sultanpur but we are going to file in higher consumer court...I will also get the info so that you can send the information so that we could file this case jointly.

I am little surprised today, as I got a fresh call notice of next installment from Ansals which needs to be paid by 20th June, 14 saying that "On start of basement roof slab of tower/on completion of foundation for non-basement towers"...has anyone received any such call notice and can anyone confirm if they have visited site recently and are these claims of ansals are true?

Hi Joan, I have lost hope discussing same matter again and again in this forum and honestly saying with the attitude of the members here...I have been out of country for few months and came back recently...my case is going to be filed in June in consumer court in Lucknow. Dear Friends, We have been in communication thru this forum since past 3/4 yrs.. Most of us booked the flats 3 or 4 years ago but possession is still very far from sight. Discussions with Ansals have brought no results so it does not make sense to keep on talking with them. What we need is action from their side, which is totally absent. Let us think of a way by which we can penalise them for their inaction, inordinate delay and inconvenience caused to residents who have given their hard earned money to obtain the desired accommodation. We all feel cheated and the only recourse we have now is legal action / issue notice to Ansals. Hope all will agree. Ratnesh Dwivediji had filed a consumer case with his father's assistance. Please advise us if there has been any result or positive response from Ansals. A joint case on behalf of all would have greater impact. Cost can be shared. Print and e-media (as suggested by Kanika) can be used to expose Ansal's irresponsibility and lies.

Hi, my father spoke to one Mr. Manhar Srivastava at Ansal couple of days back. He said that raw material has been dumbed at the site and the work will start soon after elections. Thank you Mr. Prashant Srivastava for your effort on all our behalf. This is the true situation. There does not seem to be anything that we can do to get Ansals to move forward speedily with the project except to just watch and wait - which may take a few more years. It does not look like we have any option except to keep on pressurizing them every now and then like Prashant did.

Today I visited the site at 8:40 AM after taking to Ansal Rep who were telling that fencing has been done. Actually no fencing has been found rather corrugated old PGI sheet has been fastened to cover the Paradise Dimond Site . Then I went to NCC ( Nagarjuna constructuion co. Ltd)office their AGM(Tech) told me that since last year no progress of work after exaavation for pile foundation due to nonfinalization of rates & nonconclusion of contract with Ansals till date although they have procured material & dumped near site.Then I went to ANSALS Office & met Mr. MANHAR SRIVASTAVA ( Dy Manager Mktg ) & Mr Hridesh Joshi (His senior) . They had stereo type answer ie; " Work will start after election ". When I argued with them they ser aside the remarks of NCC & told me not to believe them . Then i tried to meet their Vice Precident Ms Neelima Saxena & waited a lot but she kept on saying that she was busy in some meeting . . Ansals are befooling us with fake assurances since long.

Pradeep, my dad (himself a consumer forum lawyer in sultanpur) has already spoken to a lawyer from lucknow and my case if under preparation to get it filed. I tried initially to get people on board but that never worked out until now. But, as I mentioned in earlier post that lawyer said that it would be great to file a joint case which will have greater impact when presented in consumer court, I think we should join hands. I also spoke little about the legal expenses which as you may be knowing are very minimal in consumer courts and lawyers. As far as approaching Ansals, me and my dad had visited them enough and after sending few notices they sent me a letter that I have a due of 2.37 lakhs without any explanation (sent a letter for get it explained) which can never be as I paid my all 4 initial installments, never got any demand note so had to close my home loan pre-maturely. Same would happen to you guys if you try to pressurize them in office. Court is the only options now.

If there is still no construction coming up, we need to demand the true facts from Ansals and like you said, ask for a shift of location to another sector or perhaps alternate accommodation. I agree Mohan Jee ..... but the delay has not been because of any Strike, acute shortage of construction material or any other Act of God. It is nothing but pure CHEATING AND FRAUD as they have sold these flats to us without getting the land cleared. The dispute lies somewhere in one or two towers of Paradise Diamomd - I. I have also talked to one of the promoter banks and raised questions about how they endorsed themselves with this scheme, unless they had hand in gloves with Ansals. The best part is Consumer Court with a plea to relocate us in some other towers and difference, if any, shall be payable at the rate which existed 3 years back during our booking.

First we need to list out all members (there are about 27 currently) along with their telephone and e-mail (wherever available) contact details. Second point should be location booked - PD1 or PD2, along with block number and floor. Thirdly we must mention when the booking was done, whether booked on installment or down payment basis. For those who have booked on installment basis, when was the last call letter received for payment. Someone with time on hand can volunteer to assemble all this information. I do not mind making a chart with this information if it can be sent to me. I will then circulate it to all. Everyone can then meet (important to get to know one another) and decide with what details and arguments we can jointly approach Ansals. I volunteer to help in every way by collecting information electronically for our fight with Ansals but as I am an old lady with disability, I regret I will not be able to do any running around.

how ansals can ask for a penelty on refund, whweas it is clearly mentioned in deed that if compnay could not provide the flat in due time for some reason at their end then amount will be refunded with 10% simple interest. They are trying to make us threatned by such type of unresponsible answers. Now at this point of time only option available with us is to collect list of allottees of pd1 & pd2 form a committee and file a case in consumer court/court for allottment of another site/flat and monthly rentle after three years of booking dt till possession of unit OR atleast refund of our money @ present rates

Dear friends, I just discovered this forum today n am appalled by the apathy of Ansals. I too am a victim. Ansals is shamelessly ignoring our plight, with lies, excuses and whitewashed information. I had jointly with my son booked a flat in PD2 in July 2010 and was promised possession in 36 months, i.e. in 2013. When contacted, I was shocked to learn that the project will take another 3 years i.e. till 2016. This amounts to blatant cheating. We have to find a solution. When I contacted Ansals Lucknow office for a refund, I was told that a penalty will be charged for cancellation of booking and no interest will be payable whatsoever. I plan to visit the site later and get an update. For a face to face mtg., (a) we should involve maximum purchasers; (b) list all complaints/queries; (c) make an action plan. After paying against all 4 demand notices, total Rs. 405625/-, now today I have got a letter from Ansals saying that you have arrears of 2.37 lakhs against your booking. Now this is a harassment and tantrums from ansals so that people themselves get fed up and ask to return their money by cancelling their booking. They will resort to all such type of things to get away from their liabilities to provide us our flats. Isn't it?

Ansal has got a setback by awarding a penalty of Rs 16 lac by district administration for unauthorised possession of gram panchayat land of village Hariharpur, gata No. 636 measuring 0.889 hectare(around 9000sq. mtr) (a news from Daily Hindi news paper, Hindustan, Lucknow dt. 11-12-13)most probably proposed for PD-1 and not sure how much site of PD-2 falls on it. No one at ansal is ready to comment on it. If it proves to be true then this whole project is a fiasco and rare chances of relocating project as construction cost has increased many fold since launching this project, then offer may be given only at current rate. Forget the dream of flat. It is the case of sheer cheating and duping our hard earned money.

Thanks Sanjay. But you know, in 2-3 months construction will start has been the standard answer from Ansals whenever we would have inquired in last 4 yrs now, so this is not exciting at all. Now, I am seriously considering filing a case against them in next 3 months from my father who himself is a consumer court lawyer, as consumer courts give petitioners to file case within certain window which is 5 yrs probably from date of booking which would end in Oct, 14 for myself. We (myself and my my friend) booked two flats in PD1, My friend received the same letter. On contacting, Ansal has asked to pay about 3-4k. Some dues which could not be paid at that time. So he has paid that. Now Ansal assure that some other formalities will also be completed and construction work will start within 2-3 months. Let's see. So far I have not received such letter.

Also there is a letter which I received from Ansal which says that we have seen huge payments which not have been received by them from my side and there is some scheme through which you can pay with lesser penalties and in case not paid my booking would be cancelled...now to clarify I have all the receipts with myself and know that all the payments have duly been received by them from my loan account....what is this matter, has anyone else received such letter? I am also a PD1 customer, they have not sent any shifting consent letter to me. But, are they reliable now when they are still not ready to provide construction agreement and LDA approval documents. I am based in Bangalore and here when you pay any advance like 50k you will receive all the documents which you could verify from a lawyer and then decide if you want to book and continue or not...why after being a reputed builder they are doing like this...not sure if we should pay anything further until they start and give us proper documents...gosh! we should have received our flats until now but no sign and no clarity...is anyone aware if there are any legal suits done by paradise customers...we can join and fight..

Dear Prashant one thing I want to bring your notice that if you have got homeloan for this unit, ansal has given in written in their NOC that all necessary approvals for this project have been already taken from concerning authorities. This is the point where they can be nailed/trapped. As u told your father is advocate in high court, they can consult a lawyer of consumer forum what relief may be possible from there.

Yes Major u r right but the responsibility is not of the person on chair but the company. The situation is going to an unavoidable dead end. I wonder they claim to have a land of 3500 acre in this mega city, how they started/offered booking in the site that was not in their claim on paper. If u go through agreement with Ansal, there is not much in our part for judicial relief. As in most cases benefit of land dispute favours the builders. They are protected by the Act.But we can not leave us at the mercy of the builder. I visited site on 7th September,13 only excavation work of E to H blocks is done at a slow pace. Excavation of A to D block of PD-2 is yet to be done. Though an official of NCC construction company was claiming to finish the construction work within 18 months from the date of its start. Lets see what happens in couple of months.

I have booked one Flat in PD 1, E-Block 2nd floor and along with me my 3 colleges were also booked in Same Block of PD-1, on same floor. now 2 out of 4 have got shifting consent letter from Ansal, that their Unit is being shifted from PD-1 to PD2, Now I would like to Ask how many my friends have received this consent letter from Ansal?

Kanika ji actually I applied for PD II under RTI act but the LDA authorities not clearly mentioned the PDI or PDII .I again applied for clarification under RTI act along with copy of approved map list as provided by LDA website in which it is mentioned that map of PD-II sanctioned on 20.09.2010 under permit no 31517.

It is clear that there is a deadlock between the builder and LDA , which does not augur well for all of us as even if we are ready to pay as per the demand , somewhere the laid down procedures are not followed by builder ( start construction without approval from development authority). The builder should insist LDA on releasing the map of PD2 at lease where all PD1 residents are also being accommodated and that is the only ray of hope for all of us.

Thanks Anil Ji for providing the copy of RTI's Reply. What I Interpreted from the LDA's Reply is as follows:
1- LDA has not released the final Map due to the proposed land for PD is affected due to the disputed land of Village - Barauna. which means the sanctioned map may not be released until the dispute is resolved.
2- The reply clearly states that there is no order/Approval released by LDA to start construction at the site.
What is not clear from the RTI's Reply is as follows:
1- As the builder has been confirming that there is a land issue at some blocks of PD1 , But the letter does not specify PD1 or PD 2. ( Anil Ji, If you can confirm, you had mentioned PD1 in your RTI request or just PD )
2-In the month of July -2013, PD 2 was figured in the list of sanctioned maps on LDA website with permit no. 31517 now how LDA is claiming that they have not released the map which is contrary.

It would be great if some localities can take up the issue with Ansal's with the RTI's reply.

I visited the project side on 08/08/2013 and saw some foundation work of E ,F,G AND H blocks of PD-II. I also met staff of NCC at the project side and he assures that the building of PD-II will be completed in next two and half year. On the other hand I also received reply from LDA regarding map approval of Paradise Diamond under RTI ACT in which they refused to issue any map or permission to construct the PD, copy of which you may receive by contacting me at anilsahjwani@gmail.com

Guyz, yesterday I spoke to Harish of Ansals sales dept. I asked him about PD-1 shifting to PD-2. He was assuring me that shifting is in process and for sure you will get a letter mentioning your new unit from ansals end of this month.

I also asked him that last year when I visited the site of PD-2 some soil testing was on but I am not aware of latest construction update if there is any concrete and speedy action is happening at the ground.
On this question, he dodged this question and told me that he is not ware at the moment what is the status of construction. Anyone is in position to let us know as at least by now they should have completed ground +2 floor of PD-2 with least pace (it's been almost 1 year now since so called soil testing is on)??

Are we forever going to deal with them in same manner as we are used to now. Call them, they will say something and in reality they are goofing up things and have no real intention to deliver the promise.

PNB, Mumbai has refused to take over the loan from HDFC in my case ( Under construction being the reason for rejection). Really don't know what to do now. Indiabulls , ICICI , HDFC, Axis nobody is financing as the Blue print of map is not yet released by LDA.

I spoke today with Ansal official and he assured that consent letters are being dispatched end of this month to customers for transferring their units from PD1 to PD2, even unit number would be mentioned on the letter. For kind information, permission is granted in june,2013 but with retrospective effect.It is mendatory to accept or reject map approval within 6-7 months from the date of application. If it is not rejected then it is deemed to be accepted/granted permission. LDA can only delay in issuing it. one reason that i see may be that LDA is facing so may litigations with Ansal api which may result in delay in map approvals.

yes, shukla ji I have discussed it. But RTI reply itself is not stating about denial/rejection of map approval.It is disclosing that application for sanction is submitted but action is still to be taken. latest development is that you can view by going to LDA's website then at right bottom u will see news/notice flashing up, click any of them u will find a window in which at sl.no. 5 or 6 will display- list of sanctioned map. download it and u can search by find option typing PD-2 and u will see the status of PD-2 which is now approved by LDA. This information is uploaded on 1st of july,13. Ansal is yet to receive it officially. but there is no information about PD-1. I suggest u if ansal gives u choice of switching over to PD-2 u should opt it as most of blocks of PD-2 are in dispute and map approval is not possible before resolving it.

I also booked an apartment in PD-1 in 2009. They are just lying since March 11 that construction will commence shortly. Every time I ask they will shift the date by 2-3 months. Latest they have informed that PD-1 will start in Sep-13. What is the sanctity of such commitments. I also took loan from PNB. It appears PNB is in collusion with builder as without looking into due diligence by the builder they are sanctioning loan. After all it is customers who are to suffer. Let us make a joint forum and fight jointly.

Dear friends, I am much concerned now after seeing that PD2 bookies have got the demand notice. I have booked a flat in PD1 and my sources in lucknow tells that ansal is planing to construct PD2 and disputed blocks will be shifted by increasing the floors of PD2 towers and very soon they are going to contact us to select one of those in exchange.

My three questions here -

1. Do they have necessary approvals to do so? Should't one of us verify same by using RTI?
2. Did PD2 buyers really got the demand notes and paid as well?
3. Can we believe that they are even going to construct PD2 itself or their intention is to get get the next installments as well from PD2 and PD1 buyers and keep them guessing while their money is badly stuck with this builder.

Please suggest and update us of any developments.

AS per Ansal only technical approval is there.The final MAP approval is yet to be obtained by Ansals ( That why HDFC is not funding the property). AS per the builder only PNB is funding this project as of now . we are talking to PNB but still awaiting their approval for finance which shall be a loan transfer from HDFC in my case.

Today I met PNB loan deptt. they have not yet sanctioned any loan for PD-1/PD-2. as they also have not LDA's map approval and without that approval no loan will be sanctioned. they are about to issue a letter to ansal to make them available the copy of said approval. It means we are just being befooled.

I met today ansal office. they told they have permission to start construction, only a technical permission is yet required but have necessary permission to start construction. they told PNB is giving loan for PD-2 units anyone who wants to continue with this project can switch over to PNB by simply getting a closure letter from HDFC. I contacted PNB agent and he told PNB is ready to release loan or to switch over it. I am going for switching over to PNB from HDFC. legal measures are time taking and not necessary to fall in our favour.

my HDFC agent also confirmed that without LDA's approval, fresh loan will not be sanctioned. If site map is not approved by LDA then the construction will be considered illegal. so no need to deposite this installment. Instead we must give in written to ansal that without LDA's approval the fresh call notice is null and void and our claim in the unit will be intact as long approval is not cleared by LDA. what is the authenticiy of issuing this call notice. why should we involve our fresh exposure through this call notice. they should stop this call notice. please call ansal office at 0522-4096200/4096229 for further enquiry. keep updating.

Call Notice for PD-2 are being dispatched by ansal and due date to pay it is 15th may, 2013 with a grace period of 15 days i.e. upto 31st may, 2013. so get yours funds ready. There is no hike in the cost as we were apprehensive of it. U have to pay the next construction linked installment as per your agreement.

Well Thanks for your valid concern,I have started this discussion because the pace at which ansal do the business is absolutely third class.
I have again called ansals regarding the construction and got the same reply that land compacting work is started and you will be getting demand soon.
They have also informed that they are planning to raise PD-2 as 18 story building and all disputed block allotee of PD-1 will be adjusted in to that.
Ansal's do not have a good repo as recently one farmer has done suicide bcs of land dispute with ansals,even their Paradise Crystal apartments were in trouble and even they have scraped aastha apartments too because of land problem.
Time has come for all of us to raise our voices and decide together we should reach Ansals office with a demand of either start of construction or adjusting us in their other projects.

Dear Frnzs,Today I visited the site on 19-12-2012. Only Leveling of uneven ground is being done by Ansals .I think it is only an eyewash & actual work is yet to commence.I also went to a nearby camp of sub contractor agency named NCC( Nagarjuna construction company Ltd). I met a person who told me that although they have been given the job of construction of paradise Diamond but Drawing details have not yet been delivered to them by Ansals . We all are bearing a recurring loss . Plz come forward with your cell nos. & probable date of meeting in Lucknow in coming months & accordingly we must fix any mutually agreed date in near future to discuss the issue face to face because the schemes launched much later have appreciated much more than our's .I think it is really high time to form a front of active members who can take on Ansals on every issue.Plz contact me on .I am in touch with Mr. Sunil dubey & Mr. kamal Pandey. Rates of PD-1/2 w.e.f. 3-11-2012 is Rs. 3100 psqft. Rest of terms and conditions will be as laid down in agreement copy. they can not violate or alter these terms and conditions. Keep contacting to the concern officials and express your worry about delay.

dear frndz it is good news that work has been started, but our fight on the following points is yet to begin -
1. Price of pd 1 & 2 are stucked at 2800 psqft for a long time due to company delay wheras the prize of neighbour apartments almost have been 2.5 times
2. What about prefrential location charges PLC @ 2-3%, Does they provide us the same PLC on
3. What about promise of atleast one car parking space.
4. What about 78% open greenery
5. What about delay compensation
Frndz we will ask solution for all such points during allocation and if dont get proper solution we will fight for the same after reallocation

Dear PD Residants, Seasons Greetings, self too visited the site in November Mid, but by that time there was no ongoing activities on the PD-1 or PD-2 site but had spoken to Rep. of piling company from Delhi, who confirmed that they will be doing the Piling Job for PD, the same was confirmed by Ansal Rep. seems the work will begin somewhere by mid 2013 as PD II residents needs to get accomodated in PD-I.

ATTENTION TO ALL- I visited Ansal paradise diamond site on 11-12-12.I want to confirm Mr. Tandon that leveling work is going on what is called in technical terms "Piling work". I asked a person looking after that work there. He told me that piling work takes at least 3-4 months.It is done for strengthening of land and its holding capacity. But it is not clear whether it is for PD-2 or for both pockets.I hope that construction may take place by march-april,2013. Before construction starts, Bhumi Pujan ceremony will take place and all allottees will be served a demand call as construction linked installment. As soon u get demand call, feel that construction is likely to start too soon.

Boss, I just spoke to Pushkar Singh, Sr. Proj Mgr...he has said that construction of PD1 and PD2 has begun...not sure until we see it though..please try to confirm from your end as ell and update all of us. Perhaps, he gave the wrong information. I just talked to Mr. Manoj Agarwal, he again repeated the same story that construction will start in Jan-Feb’13. He also told that Ansal’s Lko office has not received any approved drawings of PD1 & PD2 till date so he is not in a position of giving more information about the approvals, contractors etc.

the story continue i had purchased a flat in Oct 2010 since last 1 year i had tried contacting somebody senior to manoj because he was giving the same reply but couldn't succeed.Luckily I was able to contact Hridesh joshi who claims to be his senior and when I send a mail to him he replied back with the same answer that construction will start in 2-3 months tentatively this was in Oct 2012. PD-1 A to E. and they are planning for relocation. Jan-13 they are saying , it will start.

Sir any updates on the PD1?? I am planning to go to Ansal office on 5th Dec (I stay out of UP). Anyone wants to accompany is welcome. I have also sent them letters on 14th Oct regarding my concerns but got no reply.
We have to plan and meet them so that we can get our booked flat asap. If they are not constructing PD1 then adjust in under construction projects (dont know if there is one except regular crappy launches) with compensation for the delay which incurred.

i also booked the flat,in nov 09.and since then they are fooling us. in MAY 12,neelema saxena VP(SALES AND MARKETING),assured me that by sep 12 construction will start.and company is not coming clean on the issue. for loan they provided every document except permission to construct flat. then in one of my vist to ansal office i saw letter of LDA to approve tower A of phase 1. now what is going on after that,?why every time they give different reply? let us fight together.i stay out of lucknow as i am serving in defence, but let us join toether to fight against injustice. company do not have courtesy to inform us about updates. i request all of you not to surrender against them .let us share our contact information then start legal battle against company.

we all concerned who have booked in PD-1/2 need to fight on a single plateform. first we should identify all indivisuals and then should meet in group on a perticular day to ansal management. we should express our concern and demand an early solution for whatever the dispute may be positively. Every dispute is pregnant wth a solution. Now we have to approach management and ask it to find an early solution so that once the construction may start. If land dispute is beyond ansal's approach then other alternatives may considered to accommodate in new launches at the same price we have booked.

we should not emphasize on getting money back, instead ansal must provide us flat at another location within golf city. After waiting for 2-3 years getting money back is not right choice. If there is no possibility of gettingc possassion in the urrent location then we must be adjusted in new launches.

Yes Mr. M. S. Bohra is right, we should be accommodated somewhere else within the Sushant Golf City. Since the property prices in Lko have gone up approx. 2 times in these 2-3 years, we would not be able to purchase another property in case our invested money in PD is returned. As everybody is suggesting, we should unite and create pressure on Ansal API. If Ansal does not agree for the same, we should move to consumer forum.

Seriously after seeing your comments it seems I have made big mistake by putting my hard earned money in buying flat in Ansal PD-1 on Sept, 09. Every time on asking they said , construction will start in few months and 2 years have passed since then.
Now news (or rumors don't know) that they are changing the plans!!

That time they made the story that Nagarjuna Construction will start the project by May 2012. After that, i had many email correspondence with ansal about the constuction updates. i m also booked a flat in paradise diamond poket 1. I met with the authority at ansal office at lucknow about delay in construction. They told me that there is a dispute on its land. They are not able to get possession of that land, now they are changing the plan, they told that they have got permossion to double the stories of pocket 2 and will shift the pocket 1 in pocket 2 after taking concent from the individuals. But what is the reality behind it, god knows
