What is the expected price appreciation for sector A plots in next 3 years.

Sultanpur Road is a developing area in future. It has been pass as a 4-lane highway by NH road. The major Real Estate players like Ansals, Omaxe, Emaar MGF etc. are already running there projects there successfully. There are some educational institutes like SMS, Saroj, Sharda are also situated here. IT is well developing locality and situated nearby Sushant Golf City having a distance of 15 km from Wallmart Retail, situated approximately 13 km away from the site. Adjoining to NH-56 opposite Sainik Dhaba.

In October-December'2012 the property price in that area is 2820/sq.ft but after one and half year the rate is 4800/sq.ft. It indicates that the footfalls of the property customers in high demand that raised the rate so frequently.

Hi,
As i have booked a flat in it and was said that i will get its possession within 3 yrs. I think it will be delayed. I didn't get my possession yet. Whom should i talk with? It seems to me that project is getting delayed due to approval. Kindly suggest what to do? Should i ask for the refund of the amount?

Hello,
As per the discussion with their executive i found that one will get its possession within 3 yrs from the time of booking.
This is absolutely wrong, one can't start construction work before approval.It comes under Lucknow Development Authority. So, you don't need to worry construction work is in full swing.

I think you investigate a lot before booking. It is absolutely true and also mention on their sites. It offers 2/3/4/5BHK in 1315-6163 sq.fts where the price is Rs. 4950/sq.ft
It is strategically located on the Lucknow Sultanpur National Highway on Amarsahid Park Ring Road. It has well connectivity with Gomti Nagar on One side and Lucknow Airport on the other.
It is 0 km from Gomti Nagar Extension,
approx 6 kms from Airport,
and 6-7 kms from Lucknow Railway Station
