I am looking out to invest a property for a period of five years,so which one should I go for Residential or commercial ? what is the current scenario of the market rate?

Talking about investment in real estate sector and for a period of five years, it is any day better to invest on residential property than commercial one as the demand is higher in case of residential properties. As per my experience I feel large amount of capitals can be raised from a residential investment. There is a higher risk asset in commercial property than residential property. Some of the commercial properties also serve less purpose of what is expected.
