I think in case of all cities this holds true..well in places like jaipur outskirts will take around 5-10 years to develop ,so it better to buy a property in main urban areas ,you can get a good price of your investment as well

It is good to invest in main town property as suburbs or outskirts of jaipur city will take decade to develop.
