My dad has quite an experience in bank auctions.
Check out the website of Commissioner for cooperation and Registrar of cooperative societies which is
www.aponline.gov.in
Then click on Departments tab and select Agriculture and Co-operation and then click on Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative societies. Then click on Tenders.
You can find all the immovable properties of the Debtors/defaulters put under auction here in this website.
