Want to rent a ground floor apartment.

Q: I'm willing to rent a ground floor apartment at Vatika City, Sohan Road. I'm getting an unfurnished apartment, so what are the options to furnish the place? Shall I rent or buy the furnishings?

It is all the same. There would not be any difference. If you buy the furnishings, it can be used for further use. If you rent it now, then you have to buy the furnishings for future use. Bought ones are your own and permanent but rented ones are temporary.
