Please suggest some solution for our apartment security issue.

Q: In our apartment at Rajarhat, New town, there is a big security issue. Everyday new security guards are posted for the duty. We cannot verify their identification as their id has no contact number of the company from which they have been hired. Can you please suggest some solution for this issue?
