is sukhobrishti phase 9 a wise investment. will there be good return? is there a scope for land price to escalate?

Q: i have applied for a flat in sukhobrishti phase 9 and have been alloted a 3 bedroom flat. since i have just begun working, it is seeming to be a huge amount of money. will it be a good investment? however i am interested in handing over or selling the allotted flat even at this stage. the application money that i had paid was 1LK

This place is actually very good for staying. All daily basic amenities are within stone throw away distance. The project locality is very spacious and lot of trees are there. The only problem is that it is a bit far from the actual city, So, getting public transport in night is very difficult. You can have a safe and peaceful stay out here.
