Recycled water in apartment looks different and smells slightly.

Q: I am not satisfied with our apartment's recycled water. The recycled water water provided to toilet flush contains lumps of dirts. It doesn't clears the commode perfectly. The matter was already reported in apartment owner's association meeting. But, still now there is no response. How can I get clean water for flushing the toilet and how to avoid faulty smell?

Hi,
Tell them you are going to seek legal action in general body meeting and then file a complaint.

It's better to raise this issue in general body meeting or speak directly to the apartment owner.
